The season has officially changed. Whether you look for it on the calendar, in the many colors of the leaves, or in the chilly air, Fall has arrived. Autumn is here and it is not going anywhere but closer to Winter as the weeks go by.  When we volunteered to host this carnival, we didn’t give a thought to what we would title it, what we would want to use to describe what we stand for and what we feel is important overall in the world of finances.  But as the weeks went by and our week to host the carnival arrived we felt we needed to have not just a theme (which we do thanks to the wonderful pictures from Flickr), but a title that says THIS IS WHAT WE STAND FOR! It did not take long to come up with our title, it is not a complicated one, but it works: Fall Into Savings.

This is something that we talk about A LOT. It is the foundation of what got us started and it will be something that we will continue to do for the rest of our lives.  Saving for emergencies, vacations, Christmas gifts, medications, clothes, car insurance, oil changes, you name it. Saving is the best thing that you can do for you and your financial future. YOU MUST SAVE, and thus our title. Fall into it, and you will, eventually, because there is no other way to succeed and prepare for your future.

So, before I talk for too much longer, let’s get into the 34th Money Hacks Carnival – Fall Into Savings
